AskDryguy was a blog featuring an undead Shy Guy character, run by Mikalhvi. In following the theme of Nintendo's original Shy Guy variations (Fly Guy, Anti Guy, Bomb Guy et al.), the roleplayer behind the character chose to go with "Dry Guy" as their unnamed character was supposed to be a hybridization of a Dry Bones and Shy Guy. After an extended hiatus, an attempt was made to bring the blog back, featuring two new characters; Juniper the Magikoopa and Silvanus, a Bone Piranha Plant character whose design was never completed. These changes, however, were not successful in revitalizing Mikalhvi's interest in the character, and the blog went on indefinite hiatus/leave of absence.
